Overview

Categories help organise your menu items and are visible to customers. Each category must be linked to a menu and will only appear when the selected menu is active based on its set days and times.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Navigate to https://ca.wowapps.com/and login your WOWAPPS account.
   

2. Go to the Orders module
   

3. Click Categories

   

4. Click Add Category
   

5. Enter the Category Name

   

6. (Optional) Add a Category Description
   

7. Select the Menu where the category should belong
   

8. Choose Availability

   Decide where this category will be available:

   • Dine-in

   • Online

   • Both
     

9. Click Save to apply your changes.
   

Important Notes

• Categories will not appear unless they are assigned to an active menu

• Always check menu times to ensure correct visibility

• Use clear, customer-friendly category names
