Overview
Products are the individual menu items your customers can order. Each product must be assigned to a category to appear correctly on your menu during active menu times.
How to Add Products
Step 1: Open Products
Go to the Orders module
Click Products
Step 2: Add a New Product
Click Add Product
Enter the Product Name
Add a clear and relevant Product Description
Step 3: Set the Product Price
Enter the Price of the product
Double-check pricing before saving
Step 4: Assign a Category
Important: Categories must be created before adding products.
Toggle the Category where the product belongs
Ensure the correct category is chosen—products placed in the wrong category will not appear on the menu
Step 5: Add a Product Photo
Click "Upload Image", then select an image from your device and click Open.
Once uploaded, click "Accept Selected"
3. You can also paste the URL of the image you want to upload for a product.
4. After placing the URL, click "Load"
5. Then click "Accept Selected"
High-quality images help make your menu more appealing to customers.
Step 6: Save the Product
Click Save Product to create the item
If you make changes after saving, click Update Product
Product Availability Settings
Available
Purpose: Determines whether the product is currently for sale.
Example: If a product is temporarily unavailable (e.g., out of ingredients), toggle this off so customers cannot order it.
Limited Stock
Purpose: Indicates if there is a restricted quantity of this product.
Example: You only have 10 portions of a special dessert—enable this to track remaining stock and prevent overselling.
Online Ordering
Purpose: Controls whether the product appears for online orders.
Example: Certain items may only be available in-store, so you would disable this for online ordering.
Table Ordering
Purpose: Controls whether the product is shown for in-restaurant/table ordering.
Example: Some products may be takeaway-only, so you would disable this for table orders.
Pre-Ordering
Purpose: Controls whether the product appears for pre-ordering.
Example: Certain items may only be available to pre-order, so you would disable this for pre-ordering.
Delivery Available
Purpose: Controls whether the product available for delivery.
Example: Toggle this off if the product is unavailable for delivery.

Use clear, customer-friendly product names
Include descriptions to help customers decide
Always verify category placement and pricing
Once saved, your product will appear on the menu based on the category and menu schedule you’ve set.
