Overview
The Run Sheet is where you manage and monitor all your bookings in one place. It allows you to view booking details, edit information, seat customers, end bookings, and add new bookings as needed.
How to Access the Run Sheet
- Login your WOWAPPS account
- Go to Run Sheet from the main menu.
- You will see a list of all current and upcoming bookings.
Viewing Booking Details
- Locate the booking you want to check.
- Click View.
- The full booking details will be displayed.
Editing a Booking
- Select the booking you want to update.
- Click Edit Booking.
- Update the necessary booking information.
Using the Action Dropdown
- Select a booking from the Run Sheet.
- Click the Action dropdown.
- Choose the appropriate action from the available options.
- Press the selected action to apply it to the booking.
Seating a Customer
- Click on the customer’s booking to edit it.
- Select the option to Seat the customer.
- Once seated, you may also choose to End the Booking when applicable.
Seated Booking Status
When a customer is successfully seated, the booking status will update to reflect that the customer is already seated. - Save your Changes
Hiding Completed Bookings
- If you no longer want to see past or completed bookings, toggle Hide Completed.
- This helps keep your Run Sheet clean and focused on active bookings only.
Adding a New Booking
- Click New Booking.
- Enter the required booking details.
- Save to add the booking to your Run Sheet.
