Overview
The Order List allows you to monitor, manage, and review all orders placed through your ordering system. From here, you can track order statuses, view order details, filter results, and export reports for record-keeping.
How to Access the Order List
Log in to your WOWAPPS Dashboard.
From the left menu, click Orders.
Select the Order List tab.
You will now see a complete list of all orders within your selected date range.
Understanding the Order List Dashboard
At the top of the page, you will see a summary that includes:
Total Sales – Total revenue within the selected date range
Discount – Total discounts applied
Payment Fees – Fees deducted from payments
Delivery – Total delivery charges
Total Orders – Number of orders
Pending, Accepted, Expired, Cancelled, Payment Failed – Breakdown of order statuses
This overview helps you quickly assess your order performance.
Filtering and Searching Orders
You can easily find specific orders using the available filters:
Date Range – Select a start and end date to narrow down orders
Search Bar – Search by customer First Name or Last Name
Search Within Results – Further refine the displayed list
These tools help you locate orders quickly, especially during busy periods.
Order List Columns Explained
Each order row displays important information, including:
Date & Time – When the order was placed
Status – Current order status (Pending, Accepted, Completed, Expired, Cancelled)
Type – Pickup or Delivery
Table – Table number (if applicable)
When – Immediate or Pre-Order schedule
Payment – Payment method (e.g., COD, Refunded)
Order # – Unique order reference number
Customer Name – Name of the customer
Items – Number of items ordered
Sub Total – Order amount before fees
Fees – Payment or service fees
Delivery – Delivery fee (if applicable)
Discount – Applied discounts
Total – Final order total
Via – Order source (Web, Demo, Testing, Email, etc.)
View – Button to open full order details
Viewing Order Details
Locate the order you want to review.
Click the View button on the right side of the order row.
The full order details will open, including items, customer information, and payment details.
Managing Order Statuses
Order statuses update based on system rules and actions taken:
Pending – Order is waiting for acceptance
Accepted – Order has been confirmed
Completed – Order has been fulfilled
Expired – Order was not accepted within the response time
Cancelled – Order was cancelled
Payment Failed – Payment was unsuccessful
Monitoring statuses helps ensure timely order handling and customer satisfaction.
Exporting Orders
Click the Export button on the top-right of the Order List.
Download the order data for reporting, accounting, or analysis purposes.
