Overview
The Tables section under Orders allows you to manage dine-in tables for table ordering. Here, you can create tables, assign seating capacity, generate QR codes for ordering, and configure table order batching settings.
How to Access Tables
- Log in to your WOWAPPS Dashboard.
- From the left menu, click Orders.
- Select the Tables tab.
You will see a list of all configured tables along with their details.
Adding a New Table
- Click + Add Table.
- Enter the Table Name (e.g., Table 4, Dinner Table).
- (Optional) Add a Comment to help staff identify the table location (e.g., Near the window, Near the door).
- Set the Capacity of the table.
- Save your changes.
The new table will now appear in the table list.
Table List Details
Each table entry shows the following information:
- Table – Name of the table
- Comment – Notes or location description
- Capacity – Number of guests the table can accommodate
- Order Link – Button to place or access orders for the table
- Edit – Options to edit or delete the table
Ordering from a Table
- Click the Order button under the Order Link column.
- This opens the ordering flow specifically for that table.
- Ideal for dine-in customers using table ordering or QR codes.
Editing or Deleting a Table
- Click the Edit (pencil icon) to update table details such as name, comment, or capacity.
- Click the Delete (trash icon) to remove a table.
Deleting a table will remove it from table ordering. Use with caution.
Printing Table QR Codes
- Click Print Table QR Codes.
- QR codes will be generated for each table.
- Place the printed QR codes on tables so customers can scan and order directly.
Table Order Batching
The Table Order Batching panel allows you to control how multiple orders from the same table are handled.
Available Settings
- Enable Table Order Batching – Allows multiple orders from the same table to be grouped together.
- Send Batched Orders as Single Order – Combines all batched orders into one order for easier processing.
After configuring your preferences, click Save Batch Settings.

- Use clear table names to avoid confusion during service
- Add comments to help staff locate tables quickly
- Ensure QR codes are printed and visible on each table
- Enable batching for busy dine-in environments to streamline order handling
