The Timeline allows you to visually manage your tables and bookings. Follow the steps below to create and view your timeline.
STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
Step 1: Go to Bookings
Log in to your WOWAPPS account.
From the main menu, go to Bookings.
Step 2: Create Your Tables
Go to the Tables / Sections tab.
Click + Add Tables.
Step 3: Fill in the Required Fields
Complete the following details for each table:
Table Name
Enter a name for the table (e.g., Table 5).Seats per Table
Set the seating capacity for the table.Timeline Position
Determines where the table appears on the timeline (top to bottom).Example:
Table 4 → Timeline Position 1
Table 5 → Timeline Position 2
Table 9 → Timeline Position 3
This means Tables 4, 5, and 9 will appear as the first three tables at the top of the timeline grid.
Shape
Optional. You may leave this blank for timeline use.Average Seating Duration
Set how long a booking is expected to last at the table.Section
Specify the table’s location (e.g., Indoor, Outdoor).
Step 4: View Your Timeline
On the same page, click the Timeline button in the upper-right corner.
Your timeline will display all tables in the order you set using the Timeline Position.
