The Timeline allows you to visually manage your tables and bookings. Follow the steps below to create and view your timeline.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

Step 1: Go to Bookings

1. Log in to your WOWAPPS account.

2. From the main menu, go to Bookings.
   

Step 2: Create Your Tables

1. Go to the Tables / Sections tab.
   

2. Click + Add Tables.
   

Step 3: Fill in the Required Fields

Complete the following details for each table:

• Table Name
  Enter a name for the table (e.g., Table 5).

• Seats per Table
  Set the seating capacity for the table.

• Timeline Position
  Determines where the table appears on the timeline (top to bottom).

  • Example:

    • Table 4 → Timeline Position 1

    • Table 5 → Timeline Position 2

    • Table 9 → Timeline Position 3
      This means Tables 4, 5, and 9 will appear as the first three tables at the top of the timeline grid.

• Shape
  Optional. You may leave this blank for timeline use.

• Average Seating Duration
  Set how long a booking is expected to last at the table.

• Section
  Specify the table’s location (e.g., Indoor, Outdoor).
  

Step 4: View Your Timeline

1. On the same page, click the Timeline button in the upper-right corner.
   

2. Your timeline will display all tables in the order you set using the Timeline Position.
