The Create Booking feature allows you to add customer reservations, manage seating details, and assign tables for accurate timeline tracking.
STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
Step 1: Select the Booking
When the customer arrives, go to your Timeline.
Click on the customer’s booking on the timeline grid.
Step 2: Fill out fields
Lookup Previous Customer
Use the Lookup previous customer field to search and autofill details for returning customers.2. Walk-In Booking
Toggle Create a “Walk In” if the customer does not have a prior booking.3. Deposit Required
Enable Deposit Required if a deposit is needed to confirm the booking.4. Date and Time Selection
Date – Select the booking date.
Time – Choose the start time.
Duration (minutes) – Set how long the booking will last.
The selected date and time will be displayed at the top for confirmation.
5. Customer Details
Fill in the customer’s basic information:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Pax – Number of guests
Mobile Number6. Special Requests or Notes
Use the Notes field to enter any special requests, dietary requirements, or internal staff notes related to the booking.
7. Table & Section Assignment
The system will automatically show:
Assigned Table (e.g., Table 2)
Allocated Section (e.g., Inside)
Split Booking Over Multiple Tables (Optional)
Enable this option if the booking needs more than one table.
Table Selection
Filter tables by: All or Inside or Outside
Select an available table that matches the required pax.
Step 3: Create the Booking
Click Create Booking to confirm.
Click Cancel to exit without saving.
