This guide explains how to seat a customer and manage table availability using the Timeline feature in WOWAPPS.
Step-by-Step Guide
Go to bookings > Tables/Sections > Timeline
Access the Timeline Grid
When a customer arrives, open your Timeline and locate their booking.
Open Booking Details
Click on the customer’s booking to view the booking details.Seat the Customer
Tap the “Seat Now” button to mark the customer as seated.Verify Seating Status
After seating, the booking button on the Timeline will change to green, indicating the table is occupied.End the Booking
When the customer leaves, click on the booking and tap “End Booking Now”.
This will free up the table for new bookings.
