The Delivery Availability feature allows you to control when delivery orders are available to customers. By default, delivery is available anytime online ordering is open, but this setting lets you limit delivery to specific days and hours.
This is useful if you:
Have limited delivery staff
Only offer delivery during peak hours
Want delivery to follow a different schedule than dine-in or pickup
How to Set Custom Delivery Times
In the Orders > Delivery tab:
Scroll down to the Delivery Availability section
Click + Add Delivery Time
Select the day(s) when delivery should be available
Set the start and end time for delivery
Scroll Up then Click Save to apply your changes
You can add multiple delivery time slots if needed.
Deleting Delivery Times
Click the trash can icon beside a time entry to delete a specific delivery time
Click Delete All Delivery Times to remove all delivery schedules
Important Notes
Customers can only place delivery orders within the times you set
Outside these hours, delivery will not be available at checkout
This setting affects delivery only, not pickup or dine-in
