This features allows you to define where your store delivers and prevent orders from areas you don’t service.
TO ACCESS
- In the Orders > Delivery tab:
- Scroll down to the Delivery Locations section
Store Location
Displays your store’s registered address
This address is used as the starting point for calculating delivery distance
Make sure the address is correct to avoid delivery issues
Delivery Range
Set the maximum distance your store can deliver to (for example, 15 km)
Customers outside this range will not see delivery as an option at checkout
This helps control delivery time, cost, and driver availability
Surrounding Suburbs
This feature lets you fine-tune your delivery area.
How to manage surrounding suburbs:
Click Load Surrounding Suburbs
Review the list of nearby suburbs and postcodes
Tick Don’t deliver for areas you want to exclude
This ensures customers located in excluded suburbs or outside your delivery range cannot place delivery orders.
