This article shows how to enable and customise personalised email notifications for gift cards.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to https://ca.wowapps.com/ and log in to your WOWAPPS account.
   

2. Click Settings.
   

3. Select Notifications.
   

4. Under Customise Email Notifications, click GiftCard.
   

5. Enable Use Personalised Gift Card Email.
   

6. Enter a sample email address (e.g., sample@wowapps.com) for testing.
   

7. Add your personalised gift card message.
   

8. Click Send Test to preview how the email will look to recipients.
   

9. Once confirmed, you may remove the test email address.

10. (Optional) Enable Gift Cards so the vendor also receives a notification.
