Overview:

The Enable/Disable Order Ready Notification setting allows you to control whether customers receive a notification when their order is marked as ready. You can turn this on or off depending on your store’s communication preferences.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Log in to your WOWAPPS account at https://ca.wowapps.com/

  2. In the menu bar, go to "Orders".

  3. Click on the "Setup" tab.

  4. Toggle the “Enable Order Ready Notifications” option On or Off. Changes may take 12–24 hours to reflect.

  5. Click "Save All Settings" to apply your changes.
