This article guides users on how the AI Voice Agent can handle bookings by creating new reservations, updating existing bookings, or cancelling them based on customer requests.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log in to your WOWAPPS account at https://ca.wowapps.com/

  2. In the Menu, Go to "AI Calls".

  3. Scroll down in the "AI Voice Agents" section

  4. Choose your "Create, Update, Cancel Bookings" in "Booking Type".

  5. Click "Save Changes".
