This article explains how the AI Voice Agent can take customer orders directly during the call and place them in the system, streamlining the ordering process.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log in to your WOWAPPS account at https://ca.wowapps.com/

  2. In the Menu, Go to "AI Calls".

  3. Scroll down in the "AI Voice Agents" section

  4. Choose your "Place Order (Menu, Modifiers, Upsell)" in "Order Type".

  5. Click "Save Changes".
