This article guides users on how to choose the AI voice for calls, allowing customization of the voice used by the AI Voice Agent for a consistent and brand-aligned customer experience.
Step-by-Step Guide
Log in to your WOWAPPS account at https://ca.wowapps.com/
In the Menu, Go to "AI Calls".
Scroll down in the "AI Voices" section
- Click the Play button to listen to the AI voices: Paul, Tom, Emma, Kate.
- Select your preferred voice.
- Click "Save Changes".
