Overview
This article guides users on how to disable AI Voice Agents for ordering calls. Once disabled, the AI will no longer handle order-related calls, allowing orders to be managed manually.
Step-by-Step Guide
Log in to your WOWAPPS account at https://ca.wowapps.com/
In the Menu, Go to "AI Calls".
Scroll down in the "AI Voice Agents" section
Choose your "Disable" in "Order Type".
Click "Save Changes".
