Overview
The Call Logs page allows you to view and review all AI call activity, including call details, duration, sentiment, and outcomes.
Steps to Access Call Logs
Log in to your WOWAPPS account at https://ca.wowapps.com/
From the left-hand menu, click "AI Calls".
Select the "Call History" tab.
4. You will now see a list of all recorded calls.
Understanding the Call History Page
Each call entry displays the following details:
Time – When the call occurred
Duration – Length of the call
Direction – Inbound or outbound call
From / To – Phone numbers involved
End Reason – How the call ended (e.g., User Hangup, Agent Hangup)
Sentiment – Detected customer sentiment (Positive, Neutral, etc.)
Session Outcome – Whether the call was successful or unsuccessful
Filtering Call Logs
To view calls within a specific date range:
Select a Start Date and End Date.
Click Load Calls to apply the filter.
Click Clear Filters to reset and view all calls again.
Call Summary Metrics
At the top of the page, you’ll see summary statistics, including:
Total Calls
Average Duration
Completed Calls
Success Rate
These metrics help you quickly assess overall call performance.
