This section guides you through building your menu using Square’s export template. You’ll learn how to clean the exported file, recreate your menu based on the client’s menu PDF, add modifiers, and properly tag items before uploading them back to Square. Completing this step ensures your menu syncs correctly and displays accurately in WOWAPPS.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Export the Menu from Square

1. Log in to your Square Dashboard.
   

2. Access "Items & Services"
   

3. Click "Items" > "Item Library"
   

4. Click "Actions"
   

5. Click "Export Library"
   

6. Select “All items” 
   

7. Select “Excel Recommended”.
   

8. Click "Export".
