Overview:

This article explains how to send booking details directly to a customer from the Booking List. It is commonly used to resend booking confirmations or to share reservation details upon the customer’s request.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to your WOWAPPS account at https://ca.wowapps.com/
   

2. In the left menu, go to "Bookings"
   

3. Click "Booking List" Guide
   

4. Search for the records that require action.
   

5. Scroll to the right and click "View".
   

6. Click "Select Action"
   

7. Choose "Email Booking Details" — this will automatically send the booking details to your customer via email.
   

8. A confirmation box will appear once the email has been sent.
