Overview:

This article explains how to permanently delete a booking from the system. 

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to your WOWAPPS account at https://ca.wowapps.com/
   

2. In the left menu, go to "Bookings"
   

3. Click "Booking List" Guide
   

4. Search for the records that require action.
   

5. Scroll to the right and click "View".
   

6. Click "Select Action"
   

7. Select "Delete Booking" — this will remove the booking request and delete its record. Unlike Cancel, which retains the record for reference, deleting removes it completely. You can use this if duplicate booking.
   

8. A confirmation box will appear once the email has been sent.
