Overview
The Resend E-Gift Card feature allows you to send the e-gift card again to the recipient if they did not receive the original email or accidentally deleted it. This ensures customers can easily access their gift card without creating a new one.
Step-by-Step Guide
Log in to your WOWAPPS account at: https://ca.wowapps.com/
Click "Gift Cards" from the main menu.
Select "List & Redeem".
Enter the "Recipient Name" in the search field.
Click "Search".
Locate the correct e-gift card and click the Resend icon.
Click "Yes" to confirm the action.
A successful validation popup will appear once the e-gift card has been resent.
