This guide explains how to update your booking deposit terms in WOWAPPS. Deposits are used to secure customer bookings, and these terms define the deposit amount, refund policy, and payment deadlines. Updating these terms ensures customers see the correct information when making a reservation.
Step-by-Step Guide
Log in to your WOWAPPS account at: https://ca.wowapps.com/
In the left menu, click "Bookings".
Click "Deposits".
Click "Edit Terms".
Click the "Deposit Terms" field. Enter the updated terms.
Example: “Secure your booking with a deposit. Non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days. Remaining balance due 3 days before the event. Deposit applies to total cost.”Click the "Pre Auth Deposit Terms" field. Enter the updated terms.
Example "A pre-authorization hold of 50% will be placed on your card to reserve your spot. The hold will be released automatically 3 days after the event if unused."Once finished, click "Save" to apply your updates.
A confirmation message will appear.
