Overview

Table Order Batching allows WOWAPPS to temporarily hold incoming table orders and release them together after a specified time interval. This helps kitchens receive grouped orders instead of multiple small orders arriving continuously.

This feature is useful for:

• Busy restaurants

• Reducing kitchen interruptions

• Improving order preparation efficiency

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to your WOWAPPS account at: https://ca.wowapps.com/
   

2. Click “Orders” in the left menu.
   

3. Go to the “Tables” tab.
   
    

4. Enable “Enable Table Order Batching.”
   

5. Click “Save Changes.”
   

6. Input Batching Threshold. Enter the time (in minutes).
   

   This determines how long the system waits before releasing batched orders to the kitchen. (e.g. If set to 5 minutes, all orders placed within 5 minutes for the same table will be grouped together.)

7. Click “Save Changes.”
