This article explains how customers earn and redeem rewards using QR code scanning.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to your WOWAPPS mobile app.
   

2. Search for the restaurant (e.g., Erika's Omnitea). Tap "More".
   
    

3. The rewards section will appear in the initial screen. Swipe to find the reward you want to earn. Tap "Scan Now".
   

4. Point your camera at the QR code provided by the restaurant.
   

5. A confirmation message will appear after a successful scan.
   

6. Tap "View" to check your progress or points.
   

7. Once completed, you will see a Congratulations message.
   

8. Proceed to the restaurant staff or cashier and present the reward for redemption.
