Overview

Trading Hour Adjustments allow you to temporarily modify your regular operating hours for special occasions or events. This is useful when your venue needs to open earlier or close later than normal on specific dates.

For example, you may want to extend your closing time for special occasions like Valentine’s Day, holiday promotions, or exclusive events.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to your WOWAPPS account at: https://ca.wowapps.com/
   

2. Go to "Bookings".
   

3. Select "Special Dates" tab.
   

4. Click "+ Add Special Date".
   

5. In the "Trading Hour Adjustment" tab. Fillout Fields.
   

6. Set the date of the event extended hour.
   

7. Set your Extended Trading Hours.
   

   Ensure the extended hours begin when your regular trading hours end.

   Example:

   • Regular closing time: 5:00 PM

   • Extended trading hours: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

8. Click “Choose File”, then select a photo that best represents your event.
   

9. Toggle on "Enable" to make the event live and visible to customers.
   

10. Click "Save" to apply the trading hour adjustment.
    

Important Notes

• Trading Hour Adjustments only apply to the selected special date(s).

• This feature does not permanently change your business hours.

• Always align extended hours directly after your existing trading hours to avoid scheduling gaps.

Example Scenario

A restaurant normally closes at 5:00 PM, but for Valentine’s Day, they want to accept bookings until 9:00 PM. By enabling Trading Hour Adjustments, they can extend bookings for that specific date without modifying their standard weekly schedule.
