Overview
The AI Call History page shows all calls handled by your AI assistant, including call details, performance metrics, and outcomes. This helps you monitor how effectively the AI manages customer calls.
Accessing Call History
Log in to your WOWAPPS account at: https://ca.wowapps.com/
Go to "AI Calls".
Click the "Call History" tab.
Call Summary Metrics
At the top of the page, you will see:
Total Calls – Total number of calls within the selected period.
Avg Duration – Average length of calls.
Completed – Number of completed calls.
Success Rate – Percentage of successful call sessions.
Filtering Calls
Select a "Start Date" and "End Date".
Click "Load Calls" to apply filters.
(Leave dates blank to show all calls.)Click "Clear Filters" to reset.
Call History Columns
Time – Date and time of the call.
Duration – Length of the call.
Direction – Call type (e.g., Inbound).
From / To – Caller and receiving numbers.
End Reason – How the call ended (Agent Hangup or User Hangup).
Sentiment – Customer interaction tone (Positive, Neutral).
Session Outcome – Result of the call (Successful or Unsuccessful).
