Overview
This article teaches you how to keep your menu up-to-date by editing or removing products.
Edit Products: Change names, descriptions, prices, images, or options for items that are still available.
Remove Products: Delete or hide items that are no longer offered.
Keeping your menu accurate helps customers order easily, avoids mistakes, and keeps your menu organised.
Step-by-Step Guide
Log in to your WOWAPPS account at https://ca.wowapps.com
In the left menu, click "Orders".
Go to the "Products" tab.
Search for the product you want to update or remove.
Click the edit icon next to the product to update it, or the trash icon to delete it.
In the "Product" tab, you can edit the title, description, price, and category.
You can add an image of the product by clicking "Upload Image".
- Select your desired image, then click "Open".
- Once uploaded, click "Accept Selected".
You can also paste the URL of the image you want to upload for a product.

After placing the URL, click "Load"
- Then click "Accept Selected"
In the "Availability" tab, you can update the product’s visibility for online, table, pre-ordering, and indicate if it has limited stock or is currently available.
In the "Modifiers" tab, you can edit the product’s options.
In the "Upsells" tab, you can update the if the product needs to upsell.
In the "Tags" tab, you can update the product’s tags.
Once you’re done editing, click Update Product to save your changes.
