Common Reasons a Payment May Fail
A subscription payment can be missed or declined due to:
Card expired – the card on file is no longer valid
Card declined – the bank or card issuer rejects the transaction
Insufficient funds – there is not enough balance available
What WOWAPPS Does Automatically
When a payment fails, the system will automatically take the following actions:
Retry the charge – WOWAPPS will attempt to process the payment again
Email notifications – you will receive alerts informing you of the failed payment
14-day grace period – you have a buffer period before any service suspension occurs
During this time, your account remains active while payment issues are resolved.
