How to look up a customer's email address or phone number from their booking record.
Who it's for
Venue staff who need to contact a customer about an existing booking.
Steps
- Log in to WOWAPPS Manager (Mobile App) or tohttps://ca.wowapps.com/ (Web App).
- Go to Bookings.
- By default the booking list shows upcoming bookings. If the booking is not visible, adjust the timeframe filter — set it to the relevant date range (e.g., Next 30 days or a specific date).
- Find the booking in the list. You can search by name or scroll to the date.
- Click or tap View on the booking row.
- The booking detail screen shows the customer's name, email, and phone number.
Troubleshooting
- "I can't find the booking" — check the timeframe filter. The default view may not include past or far-future bookings. Try setting the filter to a broader range.
- "The booking has no email listed" — the customer may have booked via a channel that didn't capture an email (e.g. a phone booking entered manually). Check the phone number field as an alternative.
- "I need to contact multiple customers at once" — individual booking contact details are available one at a time through the booking view. For bulk messaging, use the Campaigns feature if active on your account.
