Web App
Most login issues happen because the credentials are entered in the wrong app.
Before resetting anything:
- Open the WOWAPPS Manager app (not the customer app)
- Try logging in with your venue email and password
If that works, you're done. If not, continue below.
If that didn't work
Scenario A — "I've forgotten my password"
- On the WOWAPPS Manager login screen, tap Forgot password.
- Enter the email address registered to your venue.
- Check your inbox for a reset link — it usually arrives within two minutes.
- Follow the link and set a new password.
- Return to the app and log in with the new password.
If the reset email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder. If it's still missing after five minutes, the email address on the account may be different from what you're using — contact support with your venue name so we can confirm the registered email.
Scenario B — "My password is correct but login fails"
This can happen when a browser or device has cached stale session data.
- Close the app completely (swipe it away, don't just minimize).
- Reopen the app and try again.
- If using a web browser instead of the app, clear your cookies for ca.wowapps.com and reload.
When to contact support
Contact support if:
- You've reset your password but still can't log in after two attempts
- You don't receive a password reset email within ten minutes and it's not in spam
- Your account appears to have been deactivated or suspended
- You're locked out and your venue email address has changed
