How to find your venue's WOWAPPS website address and update it on Google Business Profile and other directories.

Who it's for

Venue owners who want to direct customers to their WOWAPPS website or need to update their online listings.

Your WOWAPPS website URL

Your venue website URL follows this format:

website.wowapps.com/[your-venue-slug]

For example, if your venue slug is erikasomnitea your URL is:

website.wowapps.com/erikasomnitea

To find your slug:

1. Log in to WOWAPPS Manager.
2. Go to Website.
3. Your slug appears in the Website URL field.

Update Google Business Profile to use your WOWAPPS URL

If your Google Business Profile is pointing to an old website or a blank page, update it to your WOWAPPS website URL:

1. Open Google Business Profile and sign in with the Google account connected to your venue.
2. Select your venue from the dashboard.
3. Click Edit profile → Contact.
4. In the Website field, paste your WOWAPPS URL (website.wowapps.com/[your-slug]).
5. Click Save.

Changes to Google Business Profile typically take 24–48 hours to appear publicly.

Troubleshooting

• "The page shows an error" — confirm you're using the correct slug. Copy it directly from Website rather than typing it by hand.
• "My Google listing shows a different website" — you'll need to edit it in Google Business Profile directly; WOWAPPS can't update Google listings on your behalf.
