Overview

This guide explains how to navigate Lightspeed, manage online product categories, update customer-friendly product information, and add or configure option sets for products.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Navigate to Lightspeed Login.
   

2. Enter your password in the password field. Click 'Log in'.
   

3. In the side menu, Click 'Products'.
   

4. Click 'Online Products'.
   

5. Click 'Modify'.
   

6. The Categories list will be displayed. Select the category you want to update. Edit the necessary fields, such as the Customer View Name.
   

7. Click the arrow next to a category to view the products assigned to it.
   

8. Locate the product you want to update. Edit the necessary fields, such as: Customer View Name, Description
   

9. If you see an arrow next to a product, this indicates that the product has a modifier or Option Set configured.
   

10. To edit modifier for a specific product, Click 'Option Sets'.
    

11. Search for the product you want to update. Click the field under Linked Option Set.
    

12. Select the appropriate option set.
    

13. Once the option set is checked/selected, the change will automatically save.

14. To edit price of the product, click the 'Product' tab.
    

15. Locate the product in the item list. Edit the product's price as needed.
    

16. Update the product's category if necessary.

Option Sets or modifiers are groups of choices that customers can select when ordering a product online.
