Special events, such as holidays, corporate parties, or private functions, often require unique setups that differ from regular bookings. Configuring requirements ensures that the venue or service provider is prepared for the specific needs of the event, improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
Step-by-Step Guide
Log in to your WOWAPPS account at https://ca.wowapps.com/
From the left menu, select "Bookings".
Go to "Special Dates" tab.
Create a new event (How-to-Create-an-Event) or Update Event.
Find the event you want to edit and click edit action

Select the requirement needed for the event (these should already be set up).

Edit any necessary fields and click "Update".
To test, go to "Widget".
Click "Open Preview".
Select the event date.
Fill out required fields, click "Next".
You should now see the enabled requirement for the event.
